Shipping Policy

  • We provide fast delivery across all regions of Egypt.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days from confirmation.
  • Shipping fees may vary based on destination, product weight, and size.
  • All orders are securely packed to ensure safe delivery.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Timeframe

Customers may return or exchange a product within 14 days from the purchase date, provided the item is in the same condition as received.

For products with a manufacturing or technical defect, returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days, subject to a technical report issued by the authorized service center confirming the defect.

Conditions

  • The original purchase invoice must be presented.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • Mobile phones and tablets must remain sealed and unactivated.
  • Personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted for misuse or mishandling.
  • Once the customer signs the delivery receipt confirming the product is in good condition, no return or exchange is accepted for physical damage.

Refunds

  • Visa / MasterCard payments: within 14 business days of approval.
  • Cash on delivery payments: refunded via bank transfer within 7 business days of approval.
